This collection contains correspondence from Pennsylvania printers and publishers to this prominent New York manufacturer of printing presses and equipment concerning equipment orders and repair. The bulk of the correspondence is from Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Allegheny, Allentown, Doylestown, and Lancaster firms.

Its archives were dispersed in the 1970s, and later still, the letter books from which this collection derives were disassembled.
